Audio/Visual:

There are two rooms at St. Thomas that have the capability for visual projection; The Assembly room located in the education wing and Parish Hall 2. Audio is available in the Assembly room and all three Parish Halls.

(You will need to come to St. Thomas on a day prior to your event to test your laptop and any other equipment being used on our system. Please bring any compatible cables and adapters that are specific to your equipment.)

Janitorial:

Events must end by 10:00 p.m. Janitorial services will not be asked to arrive past 11:00 p.m. to clean.

In preparation for Sunday activities; groups whose event takes place on Friday or Saturday night will automatically be charged the $150 Janitorial fee.
There are cleaning baskets and trash bags located on the cart in the kitchen storage area. Groups that are cleaning up themselves are expected to wipe down all tables and chairs that have been used, sweep the floors and take trash to the dumpster located in the shed to the north of the parking lot.

2024 Fee Schedule for St. Thomas the Apostle Building:

St. Thomas the Apostle Church Events:
St Thomas Church groups, meetings, events, member birthdays, anniversaries etc. are not charged.

Funerals:
There is no charge to use the building for funerals or funeral receptions. If asked, donations may go towards a memorial fund, ministry, or the building fund.

Receptions/Events/Rehearsal Dinners:
Non-church related community event fees.

(This breakdown does not include any wedding fees for musicians, altar guild, honorarium for clergy etc.)

Room Type: (Members) (Non-Members)
Assembly Room: $50, $100
Parish Hall, groups of 50 or less: $75, $150
Parish Halls, groups over 50: $150, $250
Small Class Rooms: $25 -50 (depending on the size)

(Rotary, Family Reunions, Anniversary Parties, etc. will only be charged a cleaning fee of $150.)

Donations recieved will be placed in the Building Use account.
